If you believe your copyrighted content has been shared on MediaSav or indexed through our platform without authorization, you may request its removal by submitting a detailed written notice. Please note, submitting false claims may subject you to legal liability for damages, including legal fees and costs. It is recommended to consult a legal expert before filing a complaint.

To file a copyright infringement notice, your request must include the following:

  1. Authorization Evidence: Provide proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights have allegedly been violated.

  4. Good Faith Statement: Include a statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or applicable law.
  5. Accuracy Declaration: Add a statement asserting that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.
  6. Signature: Ensure your notice is signed (either physically or electronically) by the authorized party filing the complaint.
